Location Or UV Is Unavailable

Check that Location Services are enabled for Solis in iOS Settings. You can also enter a city manually in Solis Settings to use that city for the main UV forecast and timer.

Session Timer Will Not Start

Solis requires a current WeatherKit UV value before starting a session. If UV is unavailable, wait for the forecast to load, allow location access, or enter a city manually.

Delete Local Data

You can clear session history inside the app and remove saved cities from the map. Deleting Solis from your device removes local app data.

Solis provides estimates only. Burn risk varies by many factors, including skin, medication, sunscreen use, reflection, altitude, cloud cover, forecast accuracy, and time exposed.
